Science, art, anthropology, history, regionality, food can bring us anywhere. Food can do something else that is extraordinary, it can connect us. Exploration creates meaning and connection brings joy. I'm determined to find more of both. One subject at a time. Join me. If even for a moment, reject the frenetic, egocentric approach to life.
